Too windy for much at Old Moor other than the "Garden Hide" so took it as a good opportunity to try out my new lens..... :woohoo:

Yes it was in Wales, but not Gilgrin farm as they charge a small fortune to use their hides, this was at a free nature reserve just outside Aberystwyth

I've been to the Wales site on farm yes it's hides are costly .. I'm off too Scotland next week for 6 nights , while there I'm going to Skye to see and photo the Eagles hopefully

Good first post, the butterfly shot is very nice indeed, It looks a little fuzzy around the edges, is this a heavy crop as it looks in focus, just a bit fuzzy

Normally i don't like central subjects, but in this case it works really well due to the symmetry of the whole shot

Again, the Tiger and Lioness both look a little soft, not sure if this is down to cropping or the way they have been processesd
